that was so not needed, with a bit of bodge-jobbing you could of made a diy crank puller plate using the 4 spider arms. basicly only needed to space it out and back to the puller cap and drill a hole and use a longer hex bit.

i'm not sure what needle bearings need best but lithium based is always a good starting point. copper grease will most likely destroy it so don't touch that :P

be sure to throw in a good bit of grease in there when mounting the thing. there are no seals on either end of the axle? that's not good for needle bearings, you will need to service(clean and regrease) more often to avoid the same seized axle.

could be an old gearbox for a manufacturing plant of some kind. you could make an awesome coffee bean crusher out of it. hell maybe even toss in a blender function to make it more universal. whatever it was that was incredibly expensive to make.

if there is old locktite you could try heating it with a hair dryer or something. takes a while for all the heat to reach the threads but it's worth trying before totally fubaring the bolt. next would be take a dremel and cut a straight line for a big flat head screwdriver. the idea of an inpact driver is genius, you could try it with the biggest flat head bit you can find. if all else fails start drilling in the center of the bolt head so it falls off, but you could damage the axle quickly so it should only be a last resort solution.

try slamming a torx in, some sizes are almost the same and it might be tight enough to turn loose. or get the 'ol dremel out and start cutin'.

zeker kicke gozah, nu voor de flow hem diallen. en hopen dat de rare sectie erna ook iets mee te doen is qua springen, je hebt er zat snelheid voor.

ja nou dat is altijd een afweging,... mijn mail die ik stuurde konj ik ook verwachten dattie zou zeggen zoek t maar uit.. zo lief wassie ie niet getyped.. tis nu voor je zelf kiezen ,. veel onderhoud..(waar ik geen fan van ben dan meer dan 1x per jaar) of idd bijtellen ., en nog wachten ook.. je kan je revisie set ontvangen.. blijven rijden ,, en dan volgend jaar als je t geld ervoor hebt,, dan nog steeds de crash repl. gebruiken ??

eey gast.. wat heb jij voor headset in je spitfire zitten >? ik wil mn fox-vanRC2 er in gooien en dat mag 160mm maar dan wel met zero stack reducer headset.. ik heb een 1.1/8 stuurbuis in de fox en heb alleen eentje van da bomb gevonden op CRC

de mega heeft me best gesloopt.. heb me echt 6 dag3en volledig gegeven en heb er nu de consequenties van.. ben geen 25 meer merk ik nu toch echt.. de legend reed verdomd goed !zowel dh als technisch over de rotsen heen !
